Work may begin immediately after payment confirmation
Refund eligibility may be limited once project work has started or services have been delivered

Refunds may not be granted for:

Change of mind after purchase
Delays caused by missing client information or lack of communication
Compatibility issues related to third-party platforms or external tools
Misunderstanding of service features or package details
Completed branding, web design, SEO, marketing, or development work

Refund requests may only be considered in cases where:

The purchased service cannot be delivered due to a confirmed issue on our side

All refund requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.
